Cancellation and Changes:

In case the Customer wants to cancel the order, the request will be accepted within one hour after the time of ordering, if ordered during the day or next day by 8 am if order placed the day before subject to the 23:59 cut off *.

*Cancellation of order is not possible after dispatch

In case the Customer wants to change the order such additions or removal of items from the cart must happen within the first hour of placement.


ezfresh.pk allows returns of items purchased from the online store in the following cases:

  • A defective/damaged product is delivered
  • Wrong product is delivered
  • One or more Products is/are missing from the order at the time of delivery
  • Produce doesn't match the grade and specification ordered.

Note: Customer failure to cancel and change will not be held as valid grounds a ‘request for return at the time of delivery’ and may lead to termination of account.

  1. Customer has to inform ezfresh.pk about the issue at the time of delivery and at the receipt of order. 
  2. If the Customer's complaint is found to be valid, Customer will not be liable for any incremental delivery charges associated with the return.
  3. In case of a valid complaint, ezfresh.pk will resolve the issue by replacing the missing/damaged/incorrect item. If replacement is not possible, ezfresh.pk will offer a replacement item or offer a refund depending on the circumstances.
